A key task that your NIA Board committed to the membership at the 2023 Annual Meeting was an update of our current Association By-Laws. A By-Laws Committee was formed, chaired by Greg Magnuson and comprised of board members, Roger Powell, Treasurer, and President Tony Digiovanni, and two community volunteers, Bill Davidson and Jeff Hoffman. This group was charged with updating our By-Laws to ensure greater transparency and more formal participation by our membership in the affairs of the association.

 

The NIA held a community vote on the proposed revisions, at our Annual Membership Meeting on November 13th at which time they were approved.
